Yagaboosh!

My name is John, and this is my website. I’m finally going somewhere with it, since I’ve owned it for who knows how long. I chose the name ‘Yagaboosh!’ because it’s random. There’s no root word, no language of origin besides my grade school mind shouting something out. It’s stuck with me ever since then, and I’ve come to like it, probably a lot more than I should. I’ve been using it as my e-mail for some time now, and I’m pretty sure that I get put on spam lists just by the name. But it’s unique, and that’s why I like it. The purpose of this blog is for me to have a place to talk about stuff. Sometimes I just feel like ranting, and that will probably end up here if I remember it.

But the most important reason I created this was for my trip to Germany. I was going to Nagold, Germany, as part of an exchange program, and everyone I talked to said that I need to talk to them about it all. I decided that instead of sending them all information when I get back, I’ll tell them while it’s fresh. Sure, some of it might have come out in German, but that’s okay. At least the pictures were, and continue to be, a universal language.
